Jerry Lee Lewis, född 29 september 1935 i Ferriday, Louisiana, USA, är en amerikansk rockartist, sångare och pianist. Han är son till Elmo och Mamie Lewis. Storebror till Linda Gail och Frankie Jean Lewis och lillebror till Elmo Lewis Jr.
Jerry Lee Lewis har varit artist under femtio år. Hans pianospel håller fortfarande en mycket hög klass. Skivan "Last Man Standing" (där han sjunger duetter med bl.a. Mick Jagger, Little Richard, Keith Richards och Ringo Starr) släpptes 2006, och Jerry Lee får fortfarande stående ovationer när han avslutar sina framträdanden med "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On". Så sent som under 2007 turnerade Jerry Lee Lewis i Europa och spelade bland annat i Köpenhamn, Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö. Han spelade nyligen under Amerikas nationaldag framför vita huset med låtarna "Roll over beethoven, "Wolla lotta shakin going on" och såklart "Great balls of fire.
