i uploaded this file again because the first one had a private tracker

Medieval TW classic 8.0
& Stainless Steel 6.1

to unzip use WinRar or 7-zip
i am sure others will work but to be safe use the above

the game is compressed using 7-zip

the size of the folder when unzipped is 16.4 GB

to make the game properly work unzip to C:\Program Files

try to avoid using the launcher.exe

i put shortcuts to all the games in the SEGA folder

so after you unzip the shortcuts should be here
C:\Program Files\SEGA

and not here
C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War

try to avoid messing with this folder
C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\tools\unpacker

SO TO MAKE THIS SHORT JUST UNZIP TO THIS FOLDER
C:\Program Files

MOVE THE SHORTCUTS FROM THIS FOLDER
C:\Program Files\SEGA
TO YOUR DESKTOP

i made this using XP so i am not sure how this will work with vista
