Foxit Reader V2.3 Build 2923 has fixed some bugs listed below:
1. Security issues caused by printing.
2. Always showing Bookmarks Panel when opening a PDF. Users now can turn it on/off in the Preferences dialog.

Known Issues:
1. PDF Security - Users may not be prompted that some PDFs are not allowed to be modified due to the security settings until they click to Close.
2. Shortcuts - Shortcuts might not work when the bookmarks get activated.
3. Limited Unicode Support for Full Foxit Search - Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters may not be displayed correctly in the search results.
