...2-pass Mpeg4 encoded in Handbrake at 3000kbps abr, Anamorphic PAR, AC3 pass-through.
...four columns of bad pixels were cropped from the right edge before encoding.
...there is a slight blemish in the audio a few seconds in; this was on the DVD.
...the "yellow" column of pixels on the left edge of the screen during the "fireburst" opening credits is an artifact of anamorphic playback, and cannot be removed. It may or may not appear, depending upon viewing means.
Commentary (AC3 192k 2c) is on audio track 2. Remove the stream with VirtualDubMod (then Direct Stream Copy -> Save As) prior to burning to DVD for playback on stand-alone devices which do not support multiple audio streams (some of these will stubbornly insist upon playing the commentary track).
