This file is TeamViewer, a program that allows you to connect to other people to help them with any problems with their computer, or to view their files. Other people can connect to you also.

This version is automatically a full, free licence (non-commercial use). You can ensure this is full by going into Extras > Activate Licence. In here you will see it says "Full".

Simply place the EXE in a folder and use whenever you need to. You may scan if you like. Also, if firewall tries to block this, just Unblock it, as it needs to connect to a remote server in order for you to connect to other people.
