At least you don't have to move to Japan now, because this PB Ship gives you this
cargo: Japanese Horror Movie Apartment 1303. Cute Japanese girls in a modern
ghost story. It is good if you like Japanese The Grudge, Ring etc. Only negative
thing is that it is a little too familiar if you have seen Grudge, but the acting
is great and the girls are so cute and some scary moments too. I did enjoy this
movie myself. I'd give it 7/10.

PS. ALL THIS WAS DONE BY ME 2 DAYS AGO : DvdRip with DvdFab. Xvid conversion with
FairUse Wizard 2. Subs in ENG FIN SWE NO made with SubRip (and YES great .srt-files
so you can watch on PC & TV with your Divx-dvd-player).

First i did a 750 mb rip, but i was disapointed with the quality (some flickering
in straight balcony edges etc.). So to the Recycle bin with that one. Next i did
this 870 MB version and YES, now it is as good as the dvd. I don't want to give
any turkeys to you. That's why i started doing these encodings in the first place.
I downloaded some aXXo myself, and while some were brilliant then he has some
really bad one's too, like Borat and Ultraviolet, the quality of those were very
disappointing.
The main reason for it is the 700 MB limit size that he is a slave to, in vain.
Then there is Klaxxon, also very good, but filesizes almost always too big (over
1 GB) - so no, i had to start making xvid myself. And i am doing those subs too
by myself - it means that they are working 100 % sure and TV compatible as well.
And contrary to aXXo i am always going for 128 kbps vbr audio because it is really
better (i can easily hear the difference). So that's it... ENJOY THE MOVIE !!!

Another Good Japanese Ghost Story, 10 March 2009

While celebrating with her friends her new apartment with balcony and view of the sea on the thirteenth floor of a building and rented in a very low price, the young Sayaka unexpectedly jumps off the balcony committing suicide. Her mother gets insane and her older sister, Mariko, decides to investigate the mysterious death of her sister and finds that there are many histories of suicide of young women in the apartment 1303. Further, she reads a book telling the tragic story of the Yukiyo and her mother, the first tenants of the apartment, and discovers that the evil spirit of Yukiyo is forcing the women to kill themselves.
"Apartment 1303" is another good, but never outstanding, Japanese ghost story.
The story is not totally original, but there is a poor and confused development
of some characters and situations. For example, what happened to Mariko's mother?
Who are the little girl and her mother? Are they Yukiyo and her mother when she
was a young girl? Why Yukiyo's mother changed her relationship with her daughter
from a cheerful mother when she was young to an alcoholic bitch when she was a
teenager? Anyway, the movie is not bad and is entertaining for the fans like me
of this genre. My vote is six.
