qemu-img 0.8.0 with imgover4g fix for Windows

qemu-img is an open source image converter that can convert many different formats of files. The Windows version has a problem where you cannot make or convert images that are more than 2/4GB on disk. This is a fixed edition of qemu-img 0.8.0 that has the fix so that you can make images that are much larger. The syntax for the commands in 0.8.0 are different from the latest 0.9.1 version. Here is an example of how you'd use it:

qemu-img convert -O raw image.img image.raw
