Bob Dylan - Greatest Hits (Import) [akhiugo]

I have no idea where this import originated from and can't find it listed anywhere online,although it does have some German written on it. It is marked as a Columbia/Sony label dated 1997 but isn't the 1997 re-release of the 1967 album of the same name which only had 10 tracks. I've scanned the cover myself so if anyone recognizes it and can shed some light on where exactly this CD eminated from let me know and I'll update the details. Anyway enjoy!
