Active MP4 Video Splitter is an excellent video splitting software
that split a large video file into small pieces. It can split or
convert from MP4, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG file to smaller clips in MP4,
MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 formats. The built-in video player lets you
preview the video files and set start time and end time of each clip
before splitting. This program provides different splitting methods
to make splitting easy: There is another splitting mode which
provides a way for cutting a video to several equal parts. You can
use Active MP4 Video Splitter to split videos with Fast conversion
speeds becuase All encoders/codecs are built-in.
