for everyone who can't listen the user music in independence radio, but only that
annoying noise in ripped releases of GtaIV


How To Install:

Just extcract all the stuff in the game folder in according to have:
sound.dll in Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV
and
RADIO_ADVERTS.rpf,RADIO_INDEPENDENCE.rpf,RADIO_NEWS.rpf,RADIO_WEATHER.rpf
in Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcaudioSfx


then in the game every station will have the shit of the news, weathers
just after u take control of a car, turn to indipendence radio and you will
listen ur music that u've put in User Music.
