SINOPSIS: "Factory girl" está ambientada en 1965, año en el que Edie Sedgwick (Sienna Miller) conoce a Andy Warhol. Éste la introdujo en el salvaje mundo de "The Factory", una fábrica que Warhol transformó en un paraíso bohemio donde se creaban películas vanguardistas durante el día y glamurosas fiestas que duraban toda la noche. Edie ascendió rápidamente y se convirtió en la musa del artista, pero su éxito fue fugaz ya que murió de una sobredosis de barbitúricos en 1971 a los 28 años.
