Fedora Unity are re-spin ISOs of LINUX fedora core with all the patches pre-applied to the images (up to the time of the re-spin) so you do not have to download several hundred megabytes of patches after installing.

Since Fedora Core 9 just came out its a good time to have a re-spin of Core 8 with all the patches applied (especially if you want something a little more stable than the latest Fedora Core release).

Just download the ISOs via torrent, burn em and install them (or upgrade) as you would a normally.
