WHY/WHY NOT: Where has all the good reggae gone? With Public Announcement, California resident Dominic Balli adds a valuable gem to the reggae genre. With songs of hope, love and life, these enjoyable melodies tell stories with soul and honesty.
Every chord seems to be well thought out and perfectly placed into each song. The entire album is incredibly easy to listen to and appreciate. Although each song carries a message and spiritual feel, they are not preachy, nor do they become tiring to listen to. They simply exude inspiration and feeling.
This album is a must hear for any reggae fan.
