I neither ripped this nor made the torrent.
It includes a .srt file, but I don't know what language it's supposed to be.

Somewhere towards the end, it has one line of subtitles burned in - just one line, so it's no big deal (to me) - to translate a "For rent" sign into French. That's the only flaw in this rip that I saw.
