HOW TO INSTALL

FIRST:

go to: ~\reFX Nexus\Refx Nexus\Windows Setup\
install: Nexus v1.0.0 Setup.exe
then go to: ~\reFX Nexus\Refx Nexus\Windows Setup\ReFX Nexus 1.4.1 - dynamics
install: reFX Nexus v1.4.1.exe
then install: reFX Nexus Expansion Packs.exe

SECOND:

After it installs in the folder of your choice, add the Nexus.dll in your VSTi/DXi/RTAS host.

Add the skins and the expansion packs FROM NEXUS (Nexus > Sys > Import Expansion/Skin)
~\reFX Nexus\Expansions\
~\reFX Nexus\Skins\

FOURTH:

In your "hosts" file (/Windows/System32/drivers/etc) add the line:
127.0.0.1 live.refx.net
then delete the LiveCache Folder in the Nexus directory
(it's in the folder where you installed it (usually the VSTplugins folder))
and no more license trouble will occur.
