Overview:
In part three of this popular four part exploitation thriller series, Li (Alex Fong) is the leading candidate for the position of Chief Executive of HKSAR. He has random illusions where he believes that women appear to be nude, when they really aren't, and has been charged with raping his secretary (Pinky Cheung). He seeks treatment from his ex-girlfriend Yee (Angie Cheung), who is now a very successful psychotherapist. She intentionally adds to the suspicion surrounding him, making things even worse for him in all areas of his life. Just about everyone believes that he is guilty, except for one investigator assigned to the case (Simon Lui), who is not convinced and secretly looks to solve the case and clear Li.

Mr Chang's second in this mind boggling series and he certainly has fun here. We have three rape scenes, one of them shown fairly repeatedly, lots of sexy action and some gory slashing and this gets a Cat2b!! I suppose one can't be surprised every time one encounters a Hong Kong movie but that certainly seems to one of the (admirable) aims of many of her directors. This starts with a scene of sexy brutality and if it slows a little halfway through it does also become more of an interesting mystery tale before descending into madness and mayhem for the finale. There is plenty about the complete lack of taste in this series that many will find intolerable but I just find the unusually effective mix of sex, violence and humour irresistible.
