La vendetta divina (???????Z??????????!!, Doragon B?ru Zetto Ora no Gohan o Kaese!!?) è il primo dei film ispirati alla serie Dragon Ball Z (1989), tratta dal fumetto di Akira Toriyama. Diretto dallo stesso regista dell'anime, Daisuke Nishio, è incentrato sulla saga di Garlic Jr.. È stato proiettato per la prima volta al Toei Manga Festival il 15 luglio 1989.
Trama:
Piccolo viene attaccato e ferito gravemente da un gruppo di misteriosi guerrieri. Nel frattempo anche Gohan, mentre è con la madre Chichi e il nonno, lo Stregone del Toro, è attaccato da uno sconosciuto gruppo di lottatori. Goku, che era a pesca, torna a casa dopo aver percepito una presenza malvagia e vicina, per poi scoprire che il figlio è stato rapito. I responsabili sono gli scagnozzi di Garlic Jr., e l'unica ragione perché hanno rapito Gohan è la sfera del drago dalle quattro stelle attaccata al suo berretto.Goku si dirigesubito verso il palazzo di Garlic per salvare suo figlio...
