Thank you KickAssAnime (KAA) and Baka-Anime (B-A) for your wonderful encodes.

Unfortunately, several of the episodes from B-A had audio sync problems, and one episode suffered from stuttering.

I therefore took the softsubed Japanese-audio-only files from KAA, which also happened to be of higher quality, and remuxed B-A's English audio as a secondary track.
