This also means that although kikekakikrules!! releases are improperly
packed they dont need to be nuked until a proper is pred
BlaZe was the first group to notice this but even there WAD packer
makes bad WAD files. OneUp suggests you use trent_fox's wad packer with
trunca signing/region free unchecked
