First Run the updater and than instal Pacsteam.
Make a new account and you can use Pacsteam.
You can use than the Toolbox too.


How to use the Toolbox:

First you download Pacsteam.
Open the toolbox
Select your Steamapps (in map PacsteamT)
Then go to the Tab Preferences.
By accounts typ a name and typ your Steam name + Password.
Than you can use the Toolbox.
