Alright, here it is finally after 4years search
online Disciples: Sacred Lands Perfect 1:1 CD.

I got to say I hunted this game for every network
existing for past 3-4years and I can tell everyone
that this cannot be found. Good game even cannot
understand this just vanished!

This is Strategy/Roleplay game as I could almost say
looks like 'Heroes of Might and Magic'-style.
