2-Install Delphi_C++Builder2009 for win32 12.0.3420.21218 using this serial:

3-Install documentaion and help-update 3
4-copy "sanctuarylib.dll" and "licensed.person" to
Delphi_C++Builder bin directory.
Copy included slip file "rs2009arch.slip" into %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Embarcadero\Licenses
on Windows XP or into %ProgramData%\Embarcadero\Licenses on
Vista/Win7.
5- run applications and use "rs2009arch.slip" file to register
