The Mark Thomas Comedy Product was a television show that ran on Channel 4 from February 1996 to May 2002. The show was hybrid of comedy and serious politics, with Mark Thomas often using silly or surreal methods to gain interviews with politicians and corporations and to highlight issues.
Contained are all the episodes from the fourth series, for which the title was changed to 'The Mark Thomas Product' because it was felt the comedy had taken a back seat to the issues being dealt with. Mark Thomas is, however, always a comedian, and the show remains funny no matter what.
The Mark Thomas Product is always fascinating and eye-opening, but never stops being entertaining at the same time.
