The Price Is Right game show has been hosted by some of the UK’s most popular and recognised entertainers in television history. The legendary Leslie Crowther and Bob Warman got things started back in the early 80’s before everyone’s favourite Saturday night host Bruce Forsyth took to the show’s stage in 1995.

After a six year stint of his famous catch phrases, Bruce left the show and it wasn’t until 2005 that The Price Is Right returned to our screens, hosted by Ant and Dec in their ‘Gameshow Marathon’. Squeaky voiced Joe Pasquale hosted the new Price Is Right for a series in 2006 whilst the show appeared again in ‘Gameshow Marathon’, presented by family favourite Vernon Kay!

In 2006 after appearing on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here and being crowned the King of the Jungle the comedian Joe Pasquale became the new presenter of The Price Is Right. The showcase featured the last game where the contestant had to guess the total value of the showcase prizes and the nearest guess by a contestant would win everything.
