psphugo

PSP-HUGO is a port on PSP which emulates NEC PC Engine console.
to install put folder in PSP/GAME on MS

All roms where extracted from
NEC PC-Engine [TurboGrafx-16] (GoodPCE v1.09a)
then rezipped at BEST compression using WinRar

This is a complete collection which means every title is included
weather it be USA or JAP since the majority of the romset is (J)
I thought what the hell just included them.
The user can always note the crappy roms and delete later if needed.
