I've been using this list personally, for almost two years. I created it by striping internal tracker lists from various torrents, running the trackers through the Peer Guardian list cache to check for naughty anti-rights IPs, and then cleaned the list up with duplicate cleaner.

Simply load up the tracker list on your torrents and drop this in. Watch your peer count go up. There's a little bit here for everyone, no matter what your downloading, adding these to the ones listed in your torrents will boost your peer count.
