You can extract the files, using 7-zip or some other compression software, by opening the first file (Usually with the extension of .001) if there is more than one file for the archive.

I extracted all of the sound files from Unreal Tournament 3 using Dragon UnPACKer 5. I have attempted to preserve the folders they came in as best as I could. The files are not named properly but there are just too many files to rename. However, the files are arranged alphabetically by the first spoken word (It was probably arranged that way by the developers so that it would be easy for them to call a file easily).

When you decompress the files, it will come out to a little over 9 GB. I am sorry for this size but this is because the game uses packages to compress various files such as sound files or textures so that the game can access them easily.
