I am uploading the whole of Doctor Who on DVD, in order.
Where available these will be the official BBC DVD's. Where there isn't a DVD it'll be my own, USUALLY from a BBC VHS release. Where there are episodes or stories missing they'll be reconstructions (usually Loose Cannon), encoded onto DVD. All of my DVD's are in PAL format.
As soon as someone else is seeding I'll do the next one. If no one seeds them they'll die 'cos I haven't got the bandwidth to seed more than one at a time. At roughly one a week this is going to take a couple of years!
In response to a couple of the criticisms which have been placed in the comments, occasionally these are taken from avi rips which I got off IRC years ago. Any encodes from avi's are episodes which have not yet been remastered so the drop in quality is negligible. However they are MOSTLY (please note the word - ie. not all) taken directly from official BBC VHS releases or the tape as recieved from the dubsite in the case of the recons. Any existing episodes from recons are replaced with the best quality BBC original, for instance, from the 'Lost In Time' DVD.
I will not be replying to comments directly because I do not have a forum account on Mininova. I have been involved in many forums and bulletin boards over the last 15 years and now prefer to be anonymous due to the high number of dickheads who post to these. I also can't stand leetspeak or text language - learn to type and stop rubbishing anyone who hasn't got 40 thousand posts to their name - everyone had a first time and you probably asked just as many dumb questions.
Finally, if you still feel the need to moan, please go ahead. It hasn't cost you anything and I don't see why I should give a rat's ass. If you want better quality then pay for it.
