How to enable subs and dubs [Version 1 0]

For Windows.

Please don't use this "guide" if you have your own way of setting up how you watch videos with or without subs. Or how you choose your dubs with which program.

I have made this guide simple as could be and with pictures. Any additional questions I can probably answer but for experienced people who know what to do and how to do this crap, please ignore this Torrent.
