FitDay 1.0.0.6 is designed to help you to track and analyze the important aspects of your diet and fitness. Use FitDay to track your daily foods, activities, weight, measurements, and moods. FitDay uses the information you enter to generate detailed graphical reports analyzing your nutrition, metabolism, weight change, and much more.
Your Account
To use FitDay you must first create an account. All of the information you enter is saved in your personal account file. When you return to FitDay, make sure you open your own account file.
Tracking and Analyzing Foods
Use the Food Log section of your account to track the foods you eat each day. FitDay provides feedback on your calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein, and all major vitamins and minerals. Use the Reports section to perform long-term analysis of your diet.
Tracking and Analyzing Activities
The Activity Log section works just like the Food Log section, but for tracking your daily activities and exercises. FitDay uses this information to estimate how many calories you burn each day.
Tracking Causes and Effects
Your FitDay account has sections to help you track your weight, body measurements, and mood. Use these sections to get a handle on the causes and effects of your diet and fitness.
Setting A Weight Goal
Use the Weight Goal section to plan and manage your weight loss goals. This section will help you assess your current weight, set a goal weight, and plan to achieve your goal.
Analyzing Trends
Use the Reports section to create graphical reports analyzing your diet and fitness. This section contains dozens of customizable reports about your nutrition, metabolism, weight change, moods, measurements, goals, and trends. All reports can be customized for long-term or short-term analysis.

Your FitDay account has many other features, including an overview section, a calendar, and a daily diary. You can explore and customize FitDay's database by using the food explorer and activity explorer. You can change your personal profile information by using the My Profile, My Nutrition, and My Metabolism sections.
