Installation;
1) Download the rar file.
2) Run the installation of Virtual DJ: VirtualDJ.exe
3) Go to your "*Documents*/Virtual DJ/Plugins/SoundEffect " folder, for soundeffects.
OR "*Documents*/Virtual DJ/Plugins/VideoEffect " folder for videoeffects.
