1. Unzip into your SimCity/Plugins folder.

You’ll need Rush Hour for both of these, and it is preferable to have the two updates for Rush Hour.

Columbus Terrain Mod - Greener hills, less sandy beaches, more realistic cliffs.
Realistic Water - Replaces the stock Caribbean water with a more realistic shade of blue.
Simple Empty Tiles - Filler tiles with no maintenance cost or park effects.
Street Cul-De-Sacs - Changes the end of streets to small cul-de-sacs.
Various tree mods that change palms on lots to lodgepole trees, more realistic oaks, etc.
Modern Waste to Energy Plant: More expensive version of the waste to energy plant, but outputs less pollution.
Opera House Fix: Fixes a game-breaking bug with the Opera House.
Suburban Bus Stops - Gives you a variety of aesthetically pleasing bus stops for your suburbs.
Street Addon Mod - which lets you apply new and exciting textures to your streets! Also includes the NAM January 2008 update.

This pack also has the Colossus Add-on Mod, and a metric function of buildings, ranging from low to high density and wealth.
