How the hell do you expect to be able to monitor the countless (perfectly legal may I add) file sharing networks like Gnutella, eDonkey, Bittorrent, Usenet, IRC DCC, HTTP file sharing, How do you expect to be able to monitor this? The more hardcore pirates will just encrypt their connection (again, perfectly legal). The only thing this law will catch out is 14 year old girls downloading the latest album. Please think again.
