Instruction:
1) Uninstall any previous versión of Cyberlink PowerDVD.
2) Disconnect internet (Turn off modem, router, or wlan)
3) Install CyberLink_PowerDVD9_Ultra.exe and close the program.
4) Install PDVD9UA.Activator.exe ( Windows Vista users, Right click the exe file and click on "Run As Administrator" )
5) That´s all.
