Business guru Geoff Burch is on a mission to improve Britain's small shops by teaching them how to turn a profit and please their customers.

Episode 1 - Cardiff - 21st Oct 2008
This first edition sees the consultant journeying to Cardiff, where he tries to change the ways of a bridal shop, a new toy store and cafe, and a pet shop stuck in the past.
Episode 2 - Macclesfield- 28th Oct 2008
In Macclesfield, an antiques dealer who feels out of touch with the modern world and a children's shoe shop owner obsessed with pink sparkly shoes seek advice from business guru Geoff Burch. He also helps out a pair of art-loving sisters, who hope to transform their passion for design into a profitable venture.
Episode 3 - Taunton - 4th Nov 2008
Geoff is in Taunton getting to grips with the small shop owner's lack of professionalism. He tackles a florist who's hiding her best assets, a coffee shop owner who blows hot and cold, and a gift and joke shop owner whose sense of humour is affecting his profits.
Episode 4 - Bristol - 11th Nov 2008
Business guru Geoff Burch heads for Bristol to improve the fortunes of a coffee shop combined with a second-hand book store , a failing health store and a glass shop.
Episode 5 - Southsea - 18th Nov 2008
Geoff descends on Southsea to remind small shop owners to keep their eye on the game. He meets a model shop owner drowning in old stock, a tailor failing to measure up, and a hairdresser whose business needs a brush up.
Episode 6 - Nottingham - 25th Nov 2008
Geoff Burch lends his expertise to a costume hire company that is hiding its stock and a vintage guitar shop with irregular opening hours.
Episode 7 - Leicester - 2nd Dec 2008
Geoff gives Leicester's small shopkeepers a lesson in basic maths. A crusading crystal therapist, a serious cyclist and a campaigning children's bookshop owner all get the Burch treatment.
Episode 8 - Leeds - 9th Dec 2008
Geoff strives to go up-market in Leeds. He tackles a lack-lustre linen shop, a struggling apothecary and a cheap and cheerful costume jewellers.
