Als Gina McVey (Lena Headey) in een drukke straat loopt in Londen, denkt ze dat ze zichzelf in een auto voorbij heeft zien rijden. Ze besluit de auto te volgen en ziet de mysterieuze vrouw uitstappen bij een appartement. Vanaf dat moment verandert het leven van Gina in een nachtmerrie.

On a busy street in London, Gina, a successful radiologist, thinks she sees herself drive past in her own car. Stunned by this strange event, Gina follows the mystery woman up to her apartment. From here, events take an eerie turn for the worse which leads to a car accident.
