Taken from an original lossless FLAC BitTorrent release -> Transcoded to Wave using FLAC Frontend 1.2.1b -> Normalized and then Transcoded to 192Kbps MP3 using Adobe Audition 3.
On the official day of the album's CD / Vinyl release, people realized that the Guitar Hero III (which became available for download on the same day) versions of the album's songs were amazingly not brick-walled, like the official CD / Vinyl versions. The Guitar Hero III versions were then recorded and encoded into FLAC by a third-party, at which point I then downloaded the torrent. I decided then to make a smaller package of the album using MP3 at 192Kbps for those of you who want excellent quality samples without denting your overall bandwidth and hard disk space.
Therefore, if you don't want to download the larger encoded files that are available at various places, this is a real alternative for you. These files are of excellent quality and kick that brick-walled official CD's ass!
