Replace everything
At last copy files from GTA.IV.Camera Crack (unless if u want to experience the nastiness)
into C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV
Replace everything
MUST DO THIS STEP B4 RUNNING THE GAME!!!!!
DISCONNECT FROM THE INSTERNET
Then run the game...
Rockstar Social Club will start up
Press Log in
Then press Start Offline
Press play
Then it should work
Enjoy!!!

While playing the game, if u want to save the game...
Create a Live account in Offline Mode...
Note: You put if offline and run the game then connect it is better...
Because for me, it froze a few times when I put it online and start the game
