Trainz Simulator 2009 (TS2009) supports many new features and was available for download on Steam. Its first version, Trainz Simulator 2009: World Builder Edition was released for digital download, on 27th of November and the first boxed copy orders were shipped in mid December 2008. The second edition, Trainz Simulator 2009: Engineers Edition was due for release by the end of April, however, it has not been released as of June, and was removed from the website.
